Only if you have no Passion, you may gain 1 Passion and add a +1 to any spell.(A +1 counter adds 1 to that spell’s ▲ Power or ● Resistance. You can use each power once per turn.)

She's a Witch of Passion
Notes:
- You don't add witches to a deck. You start the game with them on the field.
- When you start the game with this witch, you also start with the Passion resource card on the field.
- Powers written on cards can be used during your turn, each once either before or after you make your action for the turn (playing a card, or drawing an extra card). You don't have to use them if you don't want to.
- If you choose to use her Power, gaining passion is mandatory.
- +1s are tracked with counters on whatever they're added to. While added, they add +1 ▲ Power if on strike spells, and +1 ● Resistance if on shield spells.
- When a spell leaves the field, any +1s on it are lost.
- Adding +1s to a spell after its 'On Play:' moment has passed does not cause an overpower.
- All witches in WITCHES' REVEL are immortal and invulnerable! That's why they get to go all out with their spells.
