Notes:
- You may choose to spend no Passion to add no +1s.
- You get to choose which spell gets the +1s. It can be this spell, or it can also be another one.
- Before checking whether the ▲ Power of a strike spell causes an overpower, complete all the consequences of playing the strike spell card. This includes any 'On Play:' effects, the effects of this card, and anything else that tells you to do something as that card is played.
- The bottom effect happens when you play a spell to stitch onto this one.
- 'You may do the above again' means you can choose to once more spend up to 2 passion, then add that many +1s to a strike spell. It can be a different one this time.
- +1s are tracked with counters on whatever they're added to. While added, they add +1 ▲ Power if on strike spells, and +1 ● Resistance if on shield spells.
- When a spell leaves the field, any +1s on it are lost.
- Adding +1s to a strike spell at its 'On Play:' moment will count when you check for overpower. Doing so after will not cause an overpower.
